Isn’t sodium crazy?? Happens to me too. I’ve started to pay more attention to sodium intake to be honest. I’m sick of the ups and downs...up, up, down, up, down!! πŸ™„πŸ™„ Gets old right?! LOL

I don't really care about the ups and downs, to be honest. I'm used to it and I "somewhat" know what to expect. I ate quite a bit- only lost 1/2 what showed up. Maybe I'll lose the other half tomorrow or next week. I'm just going to keep an overall downward trend and eat what I want to. When that stops working- I'll re-evaluate. Goal is 189 by 10/1. Should be entirely doable.

Princess, I can really see the value now in what you are doing daily... Weighing in!! I just started stepping on the scale every day and I'm shocked and stressed... And tomorrow is the day I record here and there is zero possibility I'll be back under goal. 😒 I was most of the week, but yesterday I worked out so hard then I went for more than eleven mile walk in the middle of the day and forgot to bring my water. I got a little dehydrated. Then drank water constantly for a couple hours. Having not eaten anything since breakfast, my hubby and I went out for dinner, which is a really special treat. I'm up four pounds overnight. It is crazy. I'm going to follow your lead and not be stressed... I think! 😁 😁 😁

For real!! Don't stress about it. Sometimes tying my weight loss to the 1st of the month is stressful so by recording it every single day- I can pick a random day and go month to month and see what I've lost. I decided to look at the 18th of each month as a random- just to get a trend and it was 231 Mar 18, 225 April 18, 216 May 18, 209 June 18, 204 July 18, 198 Aug 18. So- really all that matters is that I am losing. I hope to be as successful as you one day. When I read that you walked that far yesterday- WOW!! I was quite impressed. I had a shitty 30 minute workout and took the dog around the block because I just wasn't into it at all. Maybe together we'll both be inspired. :)

Thank you for the encouragement... Needed it this morning. 😁 You are doing so amazingly, and I love reading your posts and watching your journey. And, isn't that what FS is supposed to be all about... Learning from each other and encouragement? ❀️ I'm learning! I hope to not worry as much about what others think. I don't want to care when I know I'm trying hard. It is just sort of sucky to have made goal and then next time... Just kidding.... πŸ™„ Oh well! 😁 😁

Believe me-I know what you're saying- that's why I chose the random day of the month for comparison. And it is just harder for women. I mean- just my period- I'm fat and bloated and hungry and so tired- face all pimply and depressed today. :( By Monday I'll be ok but today is blah. Sorry for being a downer. ;)

Believe me, I understand. Sometimes it just seems so stupid. With three daughters living at home... Gosh, I know how we all "suffer." Hormones are the worst. Hugs to you.. Cuz I need one too! 😁

Just always remember it takes 3500 calories of EXCESS to create a pound of fat.

No need to stress at all unless you ate 5500 calories in a day and barely moved, you'd only POTENTIALLY add a single pound of fat... and that can be whittled away by the end of the week πŸ‘πŸ»
