Pretty sure I’ve lost all the “easy” pounds. This week l started reducing portion size. Not really a problem from a hunger standpoint but I have to keep remembering to stop and think before putting food on the plate. So far this Keto experience has been very positive.
196.5 lb Lost so far: 11.5 lb.    Still to go: 16.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I have been on it for about 2 months and I have seen all kinds of benefits not just the 12 lbs.. I do not have a lot to lose so losing slow but that is OK it is healthy living.
