Family visits and I'm way off Keto again. All anyone says is "you can eat a little, it won't hurt". However, it does. I start making all the wrong choices. Weight goes up and I feel like crap, sugars get higher and I feel like crap, my self esteem faulters for being easily led, makes me feel like crap. you could say, I feel crappy. Then it's way hard to get back on track. So, here I start again. Yesterday, I made a bunch of meals to put in the freezer, so I can eat right. Today I'll start my exercise again, also start recording what I eat. Have a wedding in Oct, so I have a goal. I begin again.
217.6 lb Lost so far: 32.4 lb.    Still to go: 37.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You're focused and some of that is just water weight that will come right off.

It's definitely harder to resist those temptations when people are talking you into them! It's great that you've prepared meals ahead and that you're refocusing, now that the family visits are in the past. You know how to do this!
