Got 10 Pound off since Christmas. Last year at this time I was between 212-215. I hope to make my gaol of 200 pounds in the next four weeks. Then I will re access and make a new goal.
212.1 lb Lost so far: 3.9 lb.    Still to go: 12.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
