Ate 12" Footlong Tuna from subway. Yummy and hit the spot but after seeing calories I might choose "lighter" sandwich next time. Still better than a burger I think?

Hey, those sandwiches aren't so bad!! They are actually really healthy for you. When I lost 70 pounds with the help of those yummy sandwiches (back in 2006). I would always get the turkey and cheese with veggies (little Miracle Whip). Whenever I get a sub, I eat them dry now (no condiments at all). It is definitely a much healthier option than other fast food joints so kudos to you :) You did a good job today!
