Forgot to weigh myself right when I woke up as I usually do. Went to the gym and ate afterwards so hopefully it balanced out between sweating and breakfast with 1/2 gallon of liquids. :)
222.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
