gooooooood morning everyone...after my morning bike ride yesterday morning...didnt get alot done...in fact i went back to bed an slept most of the morning...just layed around yesterday afternoon...guess i was still tired from being in the sun friday doing the yard work...even with all the sleep yesterday...i even slept 8 hours again last night...and today feel great...going for a morning ride again this morning...not sure how far..might just be a short one...was going to take today off an do a detox since i havnt done one in several weeks...and was gonna take the day off from exercise as well...but just hate to take a day off less im not feeling good...to dedicated at times...but ive noticed that food seems to last longer now, and as for junk food i do still eat some of it, but in smaller portions...and when i have to eat out cause im outta town...im thinkin healthy food choices instead of what smells the best...so i guess ive learned to eat healthier over the last few years ...and alot of the work i use to hate to do around the house...i now see as exercise...odd how thats changed...well...i need to get up an weigh in...see if i can record a loss...i kno sooner or later ole man scales is gonna have to give in an record one since im showing loss in inches...well....time to get up weigh in an get ready for my morning exercise before it gets to warm outside again...have a greatttttttttttt day everyone...

:) I like that you are eating healthier and not just what smells good. Hope you have a nice time exercising whether it's biking or yard work. I have enough trouble keeping my apartment clean with a bad back, there would be no way I could keep a yard up to par now. Guess if I was rich enough I'd have to hire people who aren't supposed to be here but aren't and wealthy people hire them the most and then complain about them needing medical care someplace... Oh, well. I used to live in Los Angeles over twenty years ago and all the rich people hired people on the cheap, and employers looked the other way with fake papers until the employee wanted a raise... Have a great weekend loosin'...

back from a 18 min bike ride...didnt really want to even do one, but decided some ride was better then no ride...no detox today...ended up eating breakfast outta habit...lol...mabye another day...
