Most people look for any excuse to skip leg day. I look forward to it.

Which is why it is with a heavy heart that I regret to inform myself today will be a forced rest day to finalize the recovery process.

A good night's sleep has worked its magic and I'm almost all healed up, but I didn't wanna reverse that.

Tomorrow's another day and the machine will be primed and ready for action again!

How do you know you need a longer recover break? I to like leg day :). I like al days but dislike some exercises. Mainly when I’m doing them haha. Look forward to them, last set I’m cursing myself and the exercise in my head, 2 days later I’m ready to go back lol.
