Pippster Bridget's Journal, 22 July 2019

I stayed in ketosis all week, no cheating. I feel so good. I worked out everyday this last week for a minimum of at least 1 hour. I fasted for 16 hours 5 of the 7 days. I have my sister and her 2 and 5 year old daughters living with me right now, it has been so stressful with all the drama she brings, however I managed to not stress eat, instead I jumped on the stationary bike and de-stressed.
176.4 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 26.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 5.4 lb a week
