Steady weight ok. BMI 24.1. Would like BMI 23 better. Feel like reducing energy foods in the mid-late parts of the day to see if that is enough to get there.
168.2 lb Lost so far: 115.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
