Well...did great yesterday! I resisted eating FREE SONIC!!!!
I had already packed my lunch & snacks & was sticking to it! I hung out @ my best friends pool for several hrs & went to the gym to workout for 1 hr!
Breakfast: 1c Special K red berries w/ 1/2c milk= 4 pts

Lunch: Lean Cuisine-Chicken, broccoli, ceasar alfredo pasta!! num!; 1c grapes, 100 cal pk wheat thins= 8pts

Snack: Ww yogurt-Key lime pie, 100 cal pk Oreo crisps= 3pts

Pre-workout: Fiber one Chocholate chunk bar= 2 pts

dinner: 2 bacon tomatoe sandwiches= 13 pts

dessert: 100 cal pk strawberry fig newtons= 2 pts

1hr exercise= +5 pts
Daily total= 27 pts used with 5 pts left over & 35 flex pts still available!!!!!!!!!
I drank nothing but WATER yesterday....& 1 12oz Diet Coke for lunch!

248.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 98.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
on diet Weight Watchers   losing 9.8 lb a week


Wonderful! Healthy eating, exercise AND drinking water - sounds like you hit the trifecta to me!
