Well...I didn't make enough progress with WW...although I really didn't follow it very close either! Anyway...I am going to follow Atkins again for a while..in hopes to lose a good bit of weight & once I am at the stage of maintaining...which will be a while...I am going to try to switch back over to WW gradually.
