Why is it I notice the fat on my body even more so now then when I was 20 lbs. heavier...?? I feel like I have some version of body dysmorphia. Or I’m just being overly picky of myself..

I'm the same exact way. Personally how I expected my success to look and how it does look just didn't match.

That is true, I have higher expectations for myself and I suppose there’s nothing wrong with that. I mostly just want to feel comfortable without all the unnecessary bulges and extra weight. Over the winter I had weighed myself and my highest weight was 175ish. I can’t go by that cause I didn’t actually log that but I can feel the difference. It feels great to be able to get around better and be lighter in general. Now I need to get rid of the pesky weight on my stomach, legs, and arms. I know I sound slightly obsessive but this is my thinking process when it comes to weight loss. I have not been fasting as much as I did in the beginning mostly because I was tired of starving myself most days. I am eating well rounded meals and allowing more calories now. Ive been eating 1800 last few days but I feel as if that maybe a little too high for now. Im hoping at maintenance weight I can have that. I will probably decrease my RDI to 1500 so I can see more results.

That is why we wear clothes... Hide all the loose skin... 😁

Accept and love yourself. You've accomplished something amazing. If there's more to do, go for it, but be proud!!

Okay - I get this. I experience the same thing - I call it the "soggy time" basically between being actually overweight and being toned there is a period of time when your skin is till kind of loosish and so the sag is visible (like a mini muffin top) whereas before with more weight the skin was stretched out so it looked more toned (although in fact it wasn't). I am about there now - loosing weigh but not seeing it because of the soggy time.

We tend to think ,or at least I do, think that it's not going away, you know those stubborn last pounds. I know I'm so used to seeing the fat over the years that even though I lost most of it , I kind of see myself as being bigger than I actually am. I think it's only natural to feel that way. Sometimes the way we look and the number reading on the scale don't match ,if that makes any sense. .
