The weight I was before I had twin girls! Slowly over the past ten years I’ve slowly added the lbs on and need to lose 25 lbs.
I’m fairly active and used to be a long distance runner so I’m trying to get back into runners shape by slowly getting back up to running at least a 5k in under 30 minutes.i also want to start paddle boarding and hiking this summer to stay in better shape.
