Started the Jim Stoppani “Showtime” program on Monday. It incorporates three 7-minute sessions of HIIT cardio along with medium-count supersets. It takes just over an hour at the gym and is a solid workout after coming out of his SS8 program. Watching the intake a bit more closely and doing more HIIT should be the ticket !
223.5 lb Lost so far: 11.5 lb.    Still to go: 13.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
