😔 Well that's dissappointing. I felt like the scale was going to go back up last night in spite of being pretty good yesterday. I didn't go over my allowed calorie intake...in fact it was way under again. Gotta stay positive! Let's see what today will bring. 😊
169.4 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 34.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
