I’m absolutely disheartened today. I wanted to actually have been at 200lbs by my birthday this Friday, and when I realized that was not going to happen I made a mini goal of 210 instead. That’s clearly not going to happen either despite the fact that I’ve been working so hard for it. I’m quite upset today about this jump up.
214.5 lb Lost so far: 65.3 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I am with you, sometimes plateaus happen. You have lost and kept off over 35lbs so far, that in it of itself is really impressive!

You can actually hit 210. Our bodies are weird lol. Lots more water and definitely some diet green tea. It can totally happen. But if not your doing great anyways 💪💪💪😊

Are you measuring? It's not all about the scale. You could be redefining your body in ways that are far better than that number.

The scale does NOT matter!! Weight fluctuates all the time. Try to measure yourself instead of using the scale. I’ve stayed away from the scale because it was messing with my mental health and progress so now I take progress pictures and measurements and it has helped so much.

A bunch of small victories add up to a huge victory. Things happen focus on how far you have already cane you can do it!

Well you have lost 37 lbs it goes slower when you get closer to your goal. Maybe re evaluate you need calories per day at your new weight if you have not done that

My grandson and his bride both lost 30 lbs before their wedding by switching to Keto diet. I did notice your protein and carbs are a little high for weight loss perhaps. Just a thought. I have lost 3 lbs since june 28 not a lot but have been eating health and trying to lose for 6 months.
