Decided to try the 20/4 IF starting today. Was starving by dinner, but then couldn't finish my meal! Took a walk before fresh Strawberries for dessert. YUM! This may work!
197.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
