This weight drop is simply not fast enough! I'm really pissed.
274.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 144.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I felt the same when I fisrt started and then it all started to go well after I increased my protein/fat intake but kept my 12-15 net carbs of veggies a day. Hang in there your doing well and just remember a loss is better than a gain.

Today I'm feeling much better and pretty content with my eating. I need to just relax about getting into all of teh smaller size clothes I have stored in my basement. The good well fantastic think is that I am not thinking to a day when I will be able to eat foods that are not on my plan, which is a pattern I've always had before. I am feeling just content with my allowable foods and don't feel the urge to eat anything of target now or in the future. So my impatience has to do with fitting into my clothes that I really like. When I saw that it would be 2 years at the rate I'm losing to get to my goal weight, I just freaked. But in reality, even another 10 pounds should get me down one more size into one of my favorite suits. And then after that, about 30 more pounds to where I will feel fine in a whole lot of other favorites. So, I've calmed down a bit.
