So I am seriously logging my progress again starting today!

My goal is to loose a minimum of 2 lbs per week for the next 6 weeks to my vacation.
195.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
