I can’t wait to get under 200
207.6 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 33.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

me too I am so TIRED of NOT being able to get down I think because I ADD more weights to my work out that I am now building MUSCLE and that also weight MORE and its not necessarily that I am not losing weight because I AM LOSING INCHES so I KNOW that something is happening, lol but I keep bouncing from 203 to 205 and I was down to 195 but I was on this weight loss BOOMBOD and lost all of this weight but then I had stomach pain for 2 weeks from the product so that didn't work I have lost over 40 pds but NEED to lose 70 pounds more but have had 7 knee surgeries in 9 years but I am DETERMINED to go back and count ALL of my calories again which worked last time but its still a pain but DARK CHOCOLATE is my weakness but I eat in moderation and its good for weight loss and anti-aging but hard to stop at a little bit, lol

Right there with you. I weigh myself every couple weeks or so and I am always amazed at the results! I'm right at 202lbs. right now and Im sticking to what is working for me.

@eggroll I totally recommend fasting!! I just cannot begin to explain how awesome omad has been for me. I have tons of energy, I sleep better, I’m able to keep my hunger and calories in check, I don’t feel hungry at all during the day, I eat my fill at dinner and don’t feel deprived, and I’m not 100% sure, but I think that it may have helped me not have too much loose skin. LOL I sound like I’m selling something! 😂 It takes a little time for your brain and body to get used to it, but once you work all the bugs out, it’s the best!!!! Good luck and let us know if you try it out!

SAME... ONEDERLAND is on the horizon.. I can't wait, I think it's been 10 plus years seeing under 200 ..
