I have lost 45 pounds already and have had 7 knee surgeries in which I had gained 60 pds in the last 7 years being disabled so now I have 70 more pds left to lose, but was overweight when I started with the meniscus tears

Weight loss jumpstart--intermittent fasting
I take apple cider vinegar pills and also Green Tea with Garcinia Cambogia I think that they have helped me a LOT !

Breakdown of daily percentages for carbs, fat, protein - does not seem to add up
Its NOT right I am on MYFITNESSPAL.COM and It says that I should be eating 1200 calories a day if I want to lose 2 pds a week but I have NEVER lost that much the most I have ever lost is 5 pds a month and FatSecret says that I should be eating 1500 calories if I ate that I would GAIN weight and I don't see the numbers at all for fat, protein, sugar, salt or carbs but on Myfitnesspal I have carbs 150, Fat 40, Protein 60, Sodium 2,300 and Sugar 45, and YES they are ALL CALORIES ok but right now I am off of all carbs except vegs and I heard if you kept sugar down to 10 cal a day you could lose a LOT more but that is HARD I eat good sugars with a couple of pieces of fruit a day and I eat salads, meat, lean and fish trying to eat clean and lost 5-8 pds a MONTH as I have 70 pds to lose and have lost 40 pds, 20 pds a year as I only work out in the summer and MAINTAIN in the winter because its too cold to work out but I did get a bike so I will probably be doing tha 3 times a week in the winter now

CRAVING SOMETHING SWEET...BUT HAVE BEEN ON LOW CARB FOR 3 MONTHS ?
Try eating sugar free popsciles that is what I eat or sugar free jello with nut pieces or HALO TOP icecream with only 5 grams of sugar for 3 servings they are great and really hit home when I am craving sweets but NO sugar for the first 2 items
