I've hit a big plateau! But at the same time I have a lot of stress and haven't worked out as much. Hoping things will change soon.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

A plateau is when you stay the same weight for weeks at a time. You are still losing. When you get close to goal, your body automatically slows down with the weight loss. Kick up the exercise a notch and you will be there soon. Good luck!
