How to stay focused
Kris, that really can be discouraging. You sound like me when I started. I wasn't dropping even when I was working my butt off. From the last diet journal I read of yours it appears you don't eat much? Don't get offended. But maybe your body thinks it's in starvation mode and is trying to hold onto everything while you are burning so much at the same time.
