Had our first big snowfall, got one heck of a workout shoveling the driveway. Talk about sore, my back my shoulders, my arms my hands even my fingers hurt. Someone needs to invent an exercise machine that simulates shoveling snow, talk about a full body workout, WOW. So today is day 89, it's hard to believe I have been doing this for 3 months, but I have and I'm sticking too it, and what's even more amazingly I made it through the holidays without gaining a pound. Just wish I could do it through my period and not get the water gain, I know itsjust that but for some reason that is when I'm the hardest on myself, gets me depressed.
174.0 lb Lost so far: 36.0 lb.    Still to go: 51.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
