Good for you for keeping up with the logging. Most of the time I cringe when I log an increase even when I know it's not a big deal. 👍

Yeah- I don't care. I'm not doing anything differently on the days I lose and don't lose (for the most part) so whatever... bodies are weird. Excited to remeasure tomorrow.

Weight is a moving target. It changes moment by moment. It's the trend that matters for certain. :)
