Loss is a bit slow, so I'll go for 1-2 ounces less food. Roughly 1.5 pound daily. Keeping the four meal pattern.
168.4 lb Lost so far: 115.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.3 lb a week

I am eating about every 2.5 Hours and has helped reduce the hunger. I also throw in the coffee breaks & the caffeine basically curbs the appetite!! 😎😎😂😂
