Had a major whoosh event today and got down to 231.4 by 6:30 pm after a day of fasting. Urologist told me to stop drinking so much fluid and to avoid coffee, tea, chocolate, and alcohol. He also said to avoid fruit and fruit juices. I'll pick those two!
231.4 lb Lost so far: 93.6 lb.    Still to go: 26.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yeah makes sense to me, don't wash out our electrolytes by having too much water, and avoid caffeine, caffeine, and caffeine because it dehydrates us.
