On the road today for 5 hours--brought snacks for main lunch, snack food.
Wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Carbs only 29%, protein 31%.

Tomorrow is another story. 8 hours of meeting, sitting mostly. Will have to walk in morning before meeting. Maybe around the hotel and Cracker Barrel across the street. Been taking stairs, not elevator, so that should help, too.

It's good to connect with friends at this meeting, but I miss my hubby and home.
159.0 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
