Wake up 1.5 hour early, so the weight might not be true. Record it anyway. 2hr Driving + 5hr Party may have induced a stress gain. Kept food low, but had some whiskey, and a couple of cigarettes. Life happens.
182.3 lb Lost so far: 101.4 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
