Snowwhite100's Journal, 10 April 2019

Yesterdays post didn't actually say our visit to my sister-in-law was because she is dying of cancer. One would only know that, from previous posts but of course, you got the gist. It is time to let her go, so her husband said she hasn't had any food or water in two days. For me, seeing death, and not even being sure of my sister-in-laws salvation, plus having my husband and son-in-law, that don't have salvation, standing there, makes me so aware of the immediacy of it. My husband, that is so stoic, was visibly moved and couldn't even stay in the room with us.

Then there is our daughter, with stage 4 cancer, nauseous from her chemo, being brave and not crying, but very aware also. She, our daughter, hasn't been to church in almost 30 years. Marrying a man antagonistic to Christianity does say something about where she is at. I want salvation for others, more than anything else in my life. Of course there are many that will be offended, or say this isn't the place for it. I care about them. I WANT PEOPLE TO GO TO HEAVEN. The alternative is unthinkable, even for the worst person. But each person has the freedom of choice. If you aren't sure God is there, ask Him to reveal Himself to you. He will.

Our daughter had an appointment this morning then they will be driving back to Arizona to go home. It seems she and her husband will be back for a funeral in a few days. She is very tired.

Praying for salvation for all. We don't know how the Lord works in the hearts of the souls we pray for. Don't give up, and don't put extra pressure on weight loss and diet now. You have a lot on your plate in other ways and need to stay strong. Blessings.

Dear Snowy, God gives up on no one and neither should we. To the last second of life, each man has the choice to accept or reject His gift of redemption. As St. "Padre" Pio, one of the past century's greatest saints, taught, "Pray, hope, and don't worry." All shall be well, all shall be well, and all should be well!
