I am trying to get more protein into my diet. Finding it tough to get protein without calories. Probably just my habits. I had another good calorie count day yesterday. Had a huge breakfast this morning before my weigh in too. Onward and upward. The weekend is coming, and I am at home with no immediate plans. That's a good thing, but also a bit scary from an eating perspective. Wish me luck!

I'd be honored to be your buddy. As Tammy would say, I'm in a "losing mindset" and would enjoy the company. Good job on your calorie counts!! Protein is crucial for me too. IMHO tuna is a great low cal source. Sometimes for lunch or breakfast I use protein powder (23g protein content) in a milk and fruit smoothie. I bet your weekend will be just fine. I find if I work on the exercise component, I stay more focused and inspired. Peace. ;)
