Did a little bit meditation yesterday, and see my dream time went down while sleeping last night. Should get more deep sleep, and will try having my last meal an hour later today, to see what that does.
182.5 lb Lost so far: 101.2 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
