...hopefully you were talking about my all-time low of 280.5...otherwise, you got the wrong gal, lady! Bwahahaha! I am trying so hard but I just keep getting overwhelmed and tired...some days I start so good and blow it at night but some days I blow it right off the bat. I wake up and screw up and I'm telling myself that one bad meal doesn't have to mean a whole day gone wrong...but then I continue to screw up! It's been super hard to stay focused and no one to blame but me. I've been fooling around in the 282's for days now but can't crack it. I appreciate the support...I will do better. I have my final (hopefully) appointment tomorrow

I just hope my weight isn't crazy tomorrow. I think I might get my teeth soon too, which will be nice. I'm still waiting to hear if they got them in. It's been over 2 months now with no teeth. Not having teeth hasn't helped but I have to say...I've got to get better at not letting my crappy luck mess up my focus. I have to get better at keeping my willpower when life throws me a curve because...life always throws me a curve lol. Curves aren't going to stop happening...

Sorry that Debbie made that little mistake in typing/keying in numbers. Her hand probably just missed the 2. We are all rooting for you. I have been there where I was out of control and am even scared I might go back someday. I don't know what the key is. It feels lousy to be out of control. I used to try games with my mind giving up one more thing each day. This time what has worked foe me is shortening my eating window each day. I started with 8 hours. Now sometimes I can go 6 or 7, but it still is usually 8. It has been good enough to help me so much!
