Lowest I've been in a few days. Portion control is my biggest method of weight control. The second is exercise and the third is selective fasting. Back on the horse and riding!
232.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
