Diet Break Day #7

PM weigh in. 15 hrs sleep. Ate a lot yesterday since today was for sleeping and I work tonight.

Going the full 2 weeks since this is going so well. Upping calories to 3200-3300 tomorrow for the rest of the week to see what happens.
281.2 lb Lost so far: 45.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yeah I've been thinking about it for a while. I need it to work to start dropping again. I've been stalled out for a while. After one week I'm 0.4 down I think... Pretty good so far.

Speaking of pizza I just searched and found an app for Casey's General stores and also for Little Caesars. Putting in my order to be picked up while I head to work will be easy peasy now. 😁

Good to see your diet break going well. I think I'm going to suck it up and reduce my intake a little to begin losing again. I've been at maintenance calories for like 4 months now lol. It's been fun.

I'm doing what I think my daily is. By my garmin it's usually 3000-3300 calories roughly. Diablo I've only used the app once but I've had it for a long time. You get the deals and a free coffee when you sign up. If course online ordering also. All of ours deliver now also..

I think ours delivers but I'm not sure. Either way, I can just drive by before work as I think I'm going to start doing IF again so my first big meal will be at work.

I use the method shown in this calculator, Keyten: http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/ Then I multiply the result by 1.2 for sedentary (Harris Benedict Equation) to come up with mine. Using this method, I come up with about 1400 calories as maintenance for you. Not a huge difference, really. But it's all about what your body will tolerate.

My actual maintenance level is somewhere between the results of that method and whatever method FS uses.
