On Thursday I followed a ketogenic diet cutting my carbs for most of the day. After 4 days waking up at 208.4 on Friday I woke up at 205. My calorie deficit beyond 500 cal a day was 2027. Totaling 3027 for the four days.
205.0 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
