Yesterday after having lost 3.4 lbs in weight my energy levels were very low. I managed to do two sets of weights and mow the lawn. It was a rest day for the bike. Today will be my long ride since it will be raining on Sunday, tomorrow. I stayed under my target calories by 170 cal but still gained 1.6 lbs.
