~13 hr unintentional fast, and low activity high stress last 3 days (work issues, brilliant mgr let everyone on vacation leaving me solo), ~1532 cal yesterday (eyeballed, not weighed)
190.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
