😁 sometimes I'm in disbelief when the scale goes down! I dont know why, maybe it's because I've tried so many fad diets and crash diets and I've tried eating ridiculously low calories and this is the first time I feel like I'm doing something that is maintainable. I had a candy bar yesterday, it was delicious and it did not make me go over on calories. I feel like maybe I'm actually doing something right this time! its comming off so slow and sometimes that can be frustrating because u just want to lose it and be done but I'll take slow and steady and life long over quick and temporary!
have an amazing day everyone

Doctors say you shouldn't lose more than 2-3 pounds at most per week. In almost 3 months you've lost 26 pounds. YOU GO GIRL! This is your new lifestyle, and you're rockin' it! (I don't REALLY talk like that! Only when I'm addressing people with names like @sypop87! LOL!)

Slow and steady is good. It also gives you time to think about the why and how of your weight gain so that you can develope a solid, workable plan to keep from happening again. Just keep up the good work. You are also taking a very responsible step to help your young daughters fall into that generational obesity trap.

Not fall into that trap it should say. Sorry.
