What the hell!?! I have been watching everything I eat, exercising almost daily... Gaining 4lbs in a couple of days has not set my mood off to a good start today....sigh.
307.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 107.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
