Snowwhite100's Journal, 23 March 2019

Am doing a lot of sewing taking in the side seams of my pants. In fact, if they are very big, I take in the upper inside of the legs also. On some of them I have to take out some outside stitching first. I clip the seam allowance next to the waist, so it lays flat to sew. I may or may not cut off extra fabric. I even sew the waist smaller. Whenever I cut extra fabric off, I zig-zag the raw edge, which is a "must do" on jeans, because they fray more than most other fabrics. Eating Window 7 hours.
