I'm amazed. I haven't weighed in all week and what I thought would be a gain turned out to be a near 3lb loss🤣🙃😄 I get easily confused😱 Thanks to everyone 🙋
194.5 lb Lost so far: 35.5 lb.    Still to go: 9.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
