wow! 2.1 pound weight gain I guess those two days where I ate 1350 calories and my carb consumption was like 180 to 250 carbs I guess that hurt me, lesson learned, back to hard-pressed keto, and 750 to 850 calories per day and be more active.
218.9 lb Lost so far: 74.3 lb.    Still to go: 38.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yikes, I wish you success on such a restrictive caloric intake. My normal count is 1300. Are you getting all your essential nutrients?

Yes, I am very careful to make sure that my diet is balanced for such a low intake, but my body has gotten used to what I'm doing and I have no ill effects in fact I feel like a teenager again

If I hit my Keto macros and exercise I lose weight. I only sometimes end up at 800 calories because I was trying to hit my macros. Good luck!
