Walked past a display of Cadbury Eggs tonight, and beyond my initial “Oooo! My favorite...”, I realized that I really had no desire to eat one!

I also just realized that I walked past the basket of free candy and other goodies at work and never checked it out!

The generic Contrave appears to be helping immensely.
198.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You make those initial I don’t need that stuff dialog in your head and keep the consistency up. BAM! Got a habit. So proud of you! You’re right. We don’t need that crap. Not saying that every once in a while it’s not ok to have a treat. Im a firm believer of balance. Balance with anything and everything.

I’m working on it. It’s hard because I work for the Mars warehouse... so there’s tons of free candy everywhere.

If I could get a dark chocolate with an extremely less sweet filling I would stuff those little eggs . . . fortunately my tastes buds have changed and most mass market chocolate tastes like processed crap. Amazing job with resisting the temptation!
