Ughhh...guess my "few" days of "cheating" were worse than I thought--back to my program, cause I have 100 days till my wedding......
175.0 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Come on BABY DOLL. You can do it!!! Get moving. Walk more. Eat less. And please post a picture of you as one gorgeous bride. Wish it were me looking forward to my wedding day but at almost 80 it ain't going to happen.

I read a wedding mag years ago that had a suggestion that kinda works. They said before any event eat 1 boiled egg 1 apple 1 glass water. That way you start the party all filled up. Just in case you have a ton of wonderful events lined up and still want to lose weight and look gorgeous. Of low carving you could always switch the apple for some I don’t know- cabbagey soup or something. Best wishes!! Congratulations too!
