Yay! Lose 10lbs by August! I'm so excited. Can't wait to see how everything looks by next Friday!

I recorded my measurements so I can see how they change. Being optimistic.

Bust: 38.5
Waist: 33
Hips: 43

Right now, my waist size is what my hip size was in high school..it has been about 14 years tho. :)
176.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks Coach! I put my pedometer on first thing this morn, after desk work, errands, and a few hours around town I am at 6088 steps. And still a couple hours before bed. Its funny, makes you want to step in place when your not doing anything else. lol. I have felt really good today!
