Not sure how I lost but I'm glad I did. My work will have a "5 a Day Wellness challenge" challenge - 5 servings of fruits (2) and vegetables (3) per day to get up to 5 points a day. The challenge is from Feb 11 to March 10. I am going on this challenge as I still do not eat many fruits or veggies. Doing this and not eating any food not on my Jenny Craig meal plan I should lose pounds during this challenge.
134.6 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
