Two weeks and only lost ounces. I don't have much self-will power to not eat sweets and to eat more veggies. I can't get motivated to work out either. I like warmer weather to work out and work outside. Warm weather will come soon but I need to be strong for myself and do the right thing for my body and health in the meantime.
134.2 lb Lost so far: 7.8 lb.    Still to go: 14.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week
