I'm looking better, but I gained 3.5lbs over the last two weeks...oh well, I guess I will have to ditch the cookie diet...

I thought I might maintain, but the cookies are killing me...maybe the salt isn't helping either...camp food...I'll have to cut back on the tasty bits and stick to the veggies, salads and lean cuts of meat.

Hang in there Pal! Its still a new change for ya, you will get into a routine. It has to be tough to go away to make money, I used to do it on 2-3 week stints myself. We boozed all week and overate big time!

I really can't use that excuse...dry camp. And the food, well you can choose to eat less...really I'm doing good except for the cookies...they're killing my diet. I'll figure it out...has some other things stressing me that I think have now been dealt with, so I shouldn't need the "comfort food". Later.
